- Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully received.
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
- During product launches, promotional events, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Time
Estimated delivery times after dispatch are as follows:

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use the tracking number to monitor your shipment.

Delays

Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been shipped, additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery where applicable.

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible after the expected delivery date.
